Our Fabulous Days

School Already?

After (for Keenan) a 5 day weekend it is hard to even think about going back to school. But, besides me the whole family does (my sweet, sweet revenge for keenan's extra snow day). When asked about what they thought this is what the family said:

Keenan: "Hmmm, I'm glad to see my friends but don't want to go back to school. Stupid snow plows!"

Mom: "It's been to long {to go back}"

Dad: "I'm not happy about it, how do you feel? *investigative reporter flees the scene*"

Maggie: "I HAVE TOMORROW OFF! *does victory dance*"

Either way, if you are excited to go back (dude are you crazy?) or are dreading that early morning wake-up call (join the club) we do indeed have to return to school and work tomorrow. How that you have a great day, and go eat some avocado (that was keenan's idea)

Must Vacation End?

I suppose it has too, but we are not exactly fond of that happening. Today we had the unfortunate experience of taking down the Christmas tree-a definite sign that there are only two more days of freedom left. That was sad but we also had the pleasure of staying in our PJs for just about the entire day. Later on we went to dinner at the house of one of mom's colleagues. We had a great time enjoying "italian food better than they have in italy" and playing Guitar Hero on their Wii. Mom soon found out that playing the drums is much harder than you'd expect. Keenan just wanted to play Tour of Duty a-you guessed it-shooting game. Boys will be boys!

Happy Belated New Year to all,
Maggie

The Ocean State Dunleavys

Hello everyone out there, this is the debut post of what will indefinitely be an amazing account of the Dunleavy (yes, there is an 'a' in there) family of Rhode Island. Here in little RI we have the smallest amount of land and the longest name. . The Red Sox will reign supreme and guests wearing Yankees hats will be put out in the cold. There will be laughter, there will be tears, there will be 'r's where there shouldn't. Welcome to the Dunleavy household.
